Bhumi's intentions for her paintings are quite evident: they are intended to function as portals for transformation. She holds the belief that both the creative process and the healing process originate from a singular source ; she identifies herself as a healer.

Her favourite mediums are acrylic colours, natural dyeing, water colours, nail paints and routine art supplies like pen and pencils. She is planning to explore and experiment graphic techniques in her upcoming projects in future.
